You have 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with all tags attached. The cost of a return label depends on your country and is shown in the portal before you confirm.

Other countries

1. Contact us
   Email support@cagedclub.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you our return address.

2. Pack your items
   Unused, unwashed, with all tags attached. Pack them securely.

3. Ship your return
   Use a tracked service. The return shipping is at your own cost, and the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.

4. Refund
   We check your return within 4 business days after it arrives and refund you within 10 business days.
